Purpose:

To prevent abduction of the relevant MCP joints, to generate simultaneous movement of the relevant fingers, and to lift the middle finger.

Adjusting:

• The degree of correction can be increased by bending the middle ring further dorsally.

• Reduce the angle for more extension and a looser fit.
